On April 27th, Warner Music Korea announced that they have signed an exclusive contract with all members of Brave Girls and will fully support their activities as a complete group. They also revealed that they are discussing a new team name, signaling the start of Brave Girls’ new chapter.
Since their debut in 2011 with various albums such as “Deepened,” “High Heels,” “Yoo-hoo,” and “We Ride,” Brave Girls had established themselves as the new “Summer Queens” with their 2017 song “Rollin’,” which saw a resurgence in popularity in 2021.
With “Rollin’,” Brave Girls topped various music charts, and their 2020 release “We Ride” also gained attention. The group then released “Chi Mat Ba Ram,” “After We Ride,” and “Thank YOU,” showcasing their various charms.
The new exclusive contract with Warner Music Korea, signed after the expiration of their previous contract in February, is expected to be great news for Brave Girls’ global fans, who have been eagerly waiting for their return.
Warner Music Korea is a comprehensive music entertainment company that aims to promote pop culture, K-pop exports, and the development of global artists. Recently, Warner Music Korea has served as a bridge for K-pop artists to work with international artists such as Mamamoo’s Hwasa and Dua Lipa, Chung Ha and Christopher, (G)I-DLE’s Minnie and Anne-Marie.
